Giant Leap is open throughout the year, our normal opening times are Monday to Friday from 7.30am until 6.00pm. We offer a variety of sessions to meet your child and family’s needs and in addition to our standard sessions we have additional longer or shorter sessions available on request outside of our normal opening hours.

We can provide weekend childcare on request and we are open all year round except on bank holidays and close for one extra day over the Christmas period.

Fees are inclusive of all meals (two course hot meals for lunch and tea), snacks and drinks (including formula milk, nappies, barrier cream and wipes for children aged 0-2 years), and sun cream (in the summer months).
Our extra-curricular activities are also included in our fees, currently we offer forest school sessions, football, yoga and dance for all age groups.

Giant Leap is registered with Ofsted to provide a recognised high standard of early years’ education and all 3-5 year old children are eligible to access 15 hours of free nursery education each week during term time. We also provide provision for those who are eligible for 30 hours.

We also offer free funded and term-time only sessions for children aged 3 – 5 years (Monday to Friday, 38 weeks per year) and provide provision for those who are eligible for funded 2 year old places. Giant Leap makes a fabulous outdoor forest school party venue for the children and families who attend. If you wish to book Giant Leap for a special birthday celebration, speak to the nursery manager who will help with all the arrangements, including set up, decorations, and a member of the team to provide on-site forest school activities the children will love! We offer sole use of the site during your party.
